Caprese Alexander - Continued

How to:

Dice the tomatoes to small dice, reserve in a bowl.

Dice the cheeses, chiffonade the herbs. Add to the tomatoes, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, and stir well.

Serve garnished with a mint leaf!
